Get the skills you need to work with a wide range of individuals and teams across and organisation. You’ll be capable of empowering the people around you, helping them to reach their performance peak.
Who is the programme for?
This programme is designed for current or aspiring coaches who provide one-to-one coaching in a professional environment.
One you’ve finished the programme, you’ll be fully qualified to coach in one of the following roles:
Business Coach
Career Coach
Coaching Practitioner
Leadership Coach
Performance Coach
Team Coach
Wellbeing Coach
Where will the programme take you?
Whatever the scenario you’re presented with, you’ll have the transferrable coaching skills to meet the challenge and make an impact. Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll be eligible to apply for EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA), the gold standard of coaching accreditation.

Eligibility can vary depending on the requirements of the individual employer, but typically includes:
Three A-Levels or equivalent (including GCSE English and maths)
OR
Significant work experience
