BPP are pleased to announce winners that took part in the 2022 BPP Apprentice of the Year Awards.

There was an incredible number of nominations received, with talent being recognised across a range of industry sectors.

This year’s theme was ‘build the future and it was extremely inspiring to hear the fantastic achievements that apprentices have all been making and how this has positively impacted the workplace.

BPP’s annual awards aim to recognise those apprentices and employers who have gone above and beyond to champion apprenticeships, surpassing expectations in their dedication to foster healthy work practices and a positive work environment for Apprentices and Apprenticeships, supporting other apprentices and colleagues, and promoting apprenticeships and their role.

Categories include Apprentice of the Year, Employer of the Year, Suzanne Finch Apprentice Champion of the Year, the Inclusion and Diversity Champion, and the Resilience Award.

The judging panel this year included:

  • Sally-Ann Burnett – Deputy Vice Chancellor

  • James Hammill – Executive Director of Apprenticeships

  • Nikki Botterill – Director of Apprenticeship Quality

Our Resilience Award was judged by our Apprentice Champion group.
