2.1.1 You must have completed and passed the full time or part time Applicable Programme either online or at one of BPP University’s centres in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Leeds or Manchester that offered your Applicable Programme;
2.1.2 Your attendance on the Applicable Programme must have exceeded 80%; and
2.1.3 You must meet all eligibility criteria (if any) for the Free Course on which you wish to enrol.
2. 2 Subject to Clause 2.4, the Career Guarantee shall not apply where the requirements of Clause 2.1, and Clauses 3, 4, or 5 (as applicable) have not been met in full.
2.3 Subject to the provisions of this Clause 2 and Clauses 3, 4 of 5 (as applicable), if you are a Qualifying Student who has purchased an Applicable Programme, and you do not obtain a Relevant Legal Role in relation to your Applicable Programme within the time period set out in Clause 3, 4 or 5 (as applicable), you will be permitted to enrol on one Free Course free-of-charge with BPP University or BPP PE (as the case may be).
2.4 BPP University reserves the right to use its discretion whether to offer the Career Guarantee to students who have passed an Applicable Programme and have not obtained a Relevant Legal Role in relation to their Applicable Programme within the time period set out in Clause 3, 4 or 5 (as applicable), but who do not meet all of the requirements to qualify for a Career Guarantee due to exceptional circumstances.
2.5 BPP University may require Qualifying Students of the Career Guarantee to produce documentary evidence of a Qualifying Student's endeavours to secure a Relevant Legal Role within the time period set out in Clause 3, 4 or 5 (as applicable). Where a Qualifying Student fails any examination which is linked to a Free Course (including but not limited to SQE1 or SQE2), all costs associated with retaking the relevant examination and any further tuition required by the Qualifying Student shall be payable by the Qualifying Student at BPP University or BPP PE's (as the case may be) list price from time to time.
2.7 The Free Courses are only available as distance learning online courses. For the avoidance of doubt, none of the Free Courses may be taken face-to-face in a physical learning environment. To the extent that BPP University and/or BPP PE (as applicable) no longer delivers part or all of the Free Course by distance learning online means, that part or all of the Free Course (as the case may be) shall cease to be included as part of the Career Guarantee.
2.8 Neither BPP University nor BPP PE will sponsor any Qualifying Student to study a Free Course. Any visa granted pursuant to enrolment on the Applicable Programme shall not be considered as valid for the purposes of the Free Course.

2.13 The Career Guarantee does not include any SQE assessment fees that may be charged (whether through the University, BPP PE or otherwise) by the SRA or their nominated assessment provider which may set, assess or otherwise control examinations for the SQE1 or SQE2 assessments (as applicable). Such sums shall remain your liability and shall be payable by you. Any non-payment of such sums by you may prevent you from being able to sit the SQE1 or SQE2 assessments (as applicable).
2.14 BPP shall only be obliged to provide Free Courses to Qualifying Students pursuant to these Additional Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specifically stated, the Career Guarantee does not include any additional tuition or revision courses that do not form part of the Free Course.
2.15 Unless specifically stated, the Career Guarantee does not include any other discount or financial benefit to Qualifying Students and excludes any amounts payable to awarding bodies or any other professional body for membership.
2.16 Save as amended by these Additional Terms, BPP University or BPP PE's (as applicable) standard cancellation and deferral terms set out in the University Terms and Conditions or BPP PE Terms and Conditions (as applicable) will apply to the applicable Free Course.

2.19 The Career Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion run by BPP University and/or BPP PE.
2.20 The Career Guarantee is non-transferable by you (either to another person or to another course run by BPP University and/or BPP PE) and no cash alternative will be offered.
2.21 BPP will process the information it receives from you or otherwise holds about you in accordance with these Additional Terms and Conditions, the University Terms and Conditions, the BPP PE Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy, which is available at www.bpp.com/privacy.
2.22 BPP is unable to supply any course and/or study materials to any person or entity located in a US embargoed territory, as provided by the US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) from time to time. To the extent that BPP is precluded from such supply, it shall not be obliged to provide you with the Free Course. xx Neither BPP University nor BPP PE is liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to you that is caused by any circumstance beyond their reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party.
2.23 Neither BPP University nor BPP PE shall be liable to you for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Career Guarantee or any failure or inability by you to redeem the Career Guarantee for any reason.
2.24 BPP may amend these Additional Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with law or regulation or in order to meet its reasonable business requirements from time to time without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on BPP’s website.
