Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and BPP’s general Terms and Conditions which apply in respect of all of BPP’s products and which are available at https://www.bpp.com/terms-and-conditions ("General Terms and Conditions"), apply to this promotion ("Promotion") and are supplementary to the sale of any BPP LLM International Business & Commercial Law programme ("LLM IBCL Programme") and which started on or before 1 August 2024.

Please read these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Promotion and print off a copy for your records. BPP will not file or otherwise keep a copy of the agreement concluded between you and BPP and a copy of the concluded agreement will not be available from BPP at a future time and date.

By participating in this Promotion, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

In these Terms and Conditions, "BPP" means BPP University Limited of BPP House, Aldine Place, 142 -144 Uxbridge Road, London W12 8AA.

Conditions of Promotion

1.     The Promotion commences on 15 August 2024 at 08.00GMT ("Start Date").

2.     The Promotion is only available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to students who began studying any LLM IBCL Programme provided by BPP on or before 1st August 2024 ("Eligible Students").

3.     A £25 voucher for one of the vendors listed on the Prezzee website at https://www.prezzee.uk/ (the “Prize”) will be issued by BPP to three Eligible Students (“the Winners”) who successfully complete the LLM IBCL student survey which will open on or around 15 August 2024 (“LLM IBCL Student Survey”).

4.     BPP will determine the identity of the Winners as soon as is practicable after the Closing Date (as defined below) by way of a random draw from a list of all Eligible Students who complete the LLM IBCL Student Survey by the Closing Date.

5.     The Promotion does not include any other discount or financial benefit to Eligible Students and/or the Winners. 

6.     Participating in the Promotion assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. The Winners may be required to provide written acknowledgement of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions before receiving their Prize.

Participating in the Promotion

7.     To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Students must by the Closing Date, complete the LLM IBCL Student Survey.

8.     Subject to paragraph 9 of these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion expires on Sunday 25 August 2024 at 23:59 GMT ("Closing Date").

9.     The Promotion is non-transferable by an Eligible Student (either to another student or to another course run by BPP) and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. Once a Winner is in receipt of their Prize this Promotion is non-cancellable.

Amendments/Withdrawal of this Promotion

11. BPP reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice. BPP may update or amend the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with law or meet its changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the BPP website at www.bpp.com.

Data Protection

12. BPP will process the information it receives from you or otherwise holds about you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, and its privacy policy, which is available at www.bpp.com/privacy (“Privacy Policy”).

13. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, and its Privacy Policy, BPP will collect and use the data from your answers to the LLM IBCL Student Survey for research, marketing and data analysis purposes.

14. On receipt of your LLM IBCL Student Survey, BPP shall anonymise answers (so you are no longer personally identifiable) and your answers to the LLM IBCL Student Survey will be retained for a period of 3 months from the Closing Date.  You will not be personally identifiable in any of BPP’s data analysis or marketing. 

Miscellaneous

15. BPP is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to Eligible Students that is caused by any circumstance beyond BPP's reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party. BPP shall not be liable to any Eligible Student for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability of an Eligible Student to participate in the Promotion for any reason.

16. For the avoidance of any doubt, if an Eligible Student fails to participate in the Promotion by the Closing Date, whether or not the reason is beyond an Eligible Student’s control, the Closing Date shall not be extended under any circumstances. 

17. BPP will use its reasonable endeavours to issue any Prize pursuant to these Terms and Conditions by 23:59 on 25 September 2024

18. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and BPP and Eligible Students irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts with regard to any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
