£25 vouchers for self-funded BPP students who sat the SQE2 assessment in April/May 2024

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and BPP’s general Terms and Conditions which apply in respect of all of BPP’s products and which are available at https://www.bpp.com/terms-and-conditions  ("General Terms and Conditions"), apply to this offer ("Offer") and are supplementary to the sale of any BPP SQE course which includes SQE2 Preparation or SQE Training ("SQE2 Course") and which started on or before 29 February 2024.

Please read these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions carefully before redeeming the Offer and print off a copy for your records. BPP will not file or otherwise keep a copy of the agreement concluded between you and BPP and a copy of the concluded agreement will not be available from BPP at a future time and date.

By redeeming the Offer, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

In these Terms and Conditions, "BPP" means BPP University Limited of BPP House, Aldine Place, 142 -144 Uxbridge Road, London W12 8AA.

Conditions of Offer

1.     The Offer commences on 28 August 2024 at 08.00GMT ("Start Date").

2.    The Offer is only available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to students ("Students") who satisfy the following criteria:

a.     Began studying any SQE2 Course, provided by BPP, on or before 29 February 2024 as part of a postgraduate diploma, masters programme or as a standalone course (including all versions where the teaching is in person, online or entirely self-study);

b.     Are self-funded Students who pay their course fees directly to BPP. The Offer can only be redeemed by those students who are not sponsored by a law firm or other employer;

c.     Are not solicitor apprentices

d.     Sat the whole of SQE2 in April/May 2024 (the “April/May SQE2 Assessment”);

e.     Have received results from the April/May 2024 SQE2 Assessment.

3.     The Offer consists of a £25 Voucher at any one of the vendors listed on Prezzee which will be issued by BPP to a Student who successfully emails their April/May 2024 SQE2 Assessment results transcript (“SQE2 Results Transcript”) to sqe2results@bpp.com.

4.     The Offer does not include any other discount or financial benefit to Students.

5.     Redeeming the Offer assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. Students may be required to provide written acknowledgement of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions before redeeming the Offer.

Redeeming the Offer

6.     To redeem the Offer, Students must by the Closing Date, email their SQE2 Results Transcript to sqe2results@bpp.com.

7.     Subject to paragraph 9 of these Terms and Conditions, the Offer expires on 4 September 2024 at 23:59 GMT ("Closing Date").

8.     The Offer is non-transferable by the Student (either to another Student or to another course run by BPP) and no cash alternative will be offered.

9.     Once you are in receipt of your Voucher this Offer is non-cancellable.

Amendments/Withdrawal of this Offer

10. BPP reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time without notice. BPP may update or amend the Offer, these Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with law or meet its changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the BPP website at www.bpp.com.

Data Protection

11. BPP will process the information it receives from you or otherwise holds about you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, and its privacy policy, which is available at www.bpp.com/privacy.

12. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions BPP will collect and use the data from your SQE2 Results Transcript for research, marketing and data analysis purposes.

13. On receipt of your SQE2 transcript, BPP shall anonymise your results data (so you are no longer personally identifiable) and your SQE2 Results Transcript will be retained for a period of 3 months from the Closing Date.  You will not be personally identifiable in any of BPP’s data analysis or marketing.

Miscellaneous

14. BPP is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to Students that is caused by any circumstance beyond BPP's reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party. BPP shall not be liable to any Student for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Offer or any failure or inability of a Student to redeem the Offer for any reason. 

15. For the avoidance of any doubt, if a Student fails to redeem the Offer by the Closing Date, whether the reason is beyond a Student’s control (i.e the late receipt of SQE2 Results Transcript) the Closing Date shall not be extended under any circumstances.

16. BPP will use its reasonable endeavours to issue any Voucher  pursuant to these Terms and Conditions by 23:59 on 28 September 2024.

17. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and BPP and Students irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts with regard to any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
