BPP and O Shaped are delighted to announce a new collaboration again.

Working to embed the O Shaped mindset and attributes in BPP’s Solicitor Apprenticeships. Starting from September 2023, learners on either the six-year Solicitor Apprenticeship or the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship programme will study a range of material introducing the O Shaped Mindset and Attributes which will be embedded into the programmes, so apprentices can utilise them as they develop their day to day legal practice.

Using a reflective portfolio, learners will develop their client and people-centricity skills, developing the strong foundations needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving legal services market.

Dan Kayne, Founder of O Shaped said “the success of our collaboration with BPP on its postgraduate SQE programmes makes applying O Shaped to its industry-leading Solicitor Apprenticeship programme a natural next step for both of us.  O Shaped is a practical, client-led approach which perfectly complements BPP’s focus on supporting solicitor apprentices’ wider development.”

Jo-Anne Pugh Dean of BPP University Law School said “we’re delighted to be working closely with O Shaped. We have an existing relationship with them and have already embedded the O Shaped mindset and attributes into our new range of solicitor training courses for the SQE. I am delighted that we can now follow suit for our Solicitor Apprenticeships. I am confident that this collaboration will support a significant number of aspiring solicitors to thrive whilst on their journey to qualification and beyond. It is so important to develop the right skills and mindset in the early stages of your legal career.
