BPP University Complaints Procedure
General Complaints
BPP University provides a comprehensive procedure for investigating and acting upon student complaints and will seek to resolve any complaints informally in the first instance. BPP University's Student Complaints Procedure can be found in Part K, Section 2 of our Manual of Policies and Procedures which can be found here.
Admissions Appeals and Complaints
Students who have met the admission requirements for a programme but have not received an offer are encouraged to seek feedback from BPP University in the first instance and to seek to resolve the matter with the Admissions Office.
