Apprenticeship Overview
Set the standard of exceptional customer service within your organisation. As a senior advisory professional, you’ll learn how to handle complex customer needs, leading your team to deliver a consistently high level of service.
Guided by subject experts, you’ll bridge the gap between routine transactions and specialist financial services matters. You’ll learn how to create productive links with broader areas of your organisation and promote seamless end-to-end customer service.
Discover the latest in digital banking solutions and platforms, and how you can effectively utilise emerging technologies to continuously improve customer service. You’ll also develop key team leadership skills to optimise performance and delivery. In recognition of your commitment to development, your learning will be backed by the highly valued Professional Banker Certification from the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI).

Who's eligible?
Eligibility can vary depending on the requirements of the individual employer, but typically includes:
A minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths

Relevant work experience
