With a Level 7 HR apprenticeship qualification, you’ll show you have what it takes to perform at the highest levels of HR. Training under industry-leaders, you’ll develop the expertise to analyse future workforce trends and provide insight into people analytics to advise senior stakeholders and influence organisation-wide change. You’ll learn how to work with multiple departments, supporting teams to do the same, to create game-changing people strategies that bring the performance businesses need.

Where will the programme take you?
Setting you on the path for director roles, this programme will give you Chartered Membership of the CIPD, and the skills you need to reach the highest levels of HR leadership. You’ll combine strategic leadership skills with a wide breadth of experience and knowledge, allowing you to drive meaningful change and make a big difference within your organisation. On successful completion of End Point Assessment you will have the option to complete the CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management at no extra cost.

Eligibility is set by individual employers, but typically includes:
Minimum of one year's experience in an HR role, likely to be at a Senior Business Partner (or equivalent) level.
