The Apprenticeship Levy is governed by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) in England, which mandates that apprenticeship training funded through the levy must comply with specific criteria. One such requirement is that apprentices must spend at least 50% of their working hours in England. As Tech Track is aligned exclusively with England’s Apprenticeship Levy rules, it cannot accommodate candidates whose primary location is outside England without deviating from the funding framework.
