On this programme, you’ll be taught the fundamentals you need to confidently lead a team. Guided by an expert Performance Coach, you’ll learn the cutting-edge techniques you need to impact your role as a leader.
From building effective stakeholder relationships, managing data and information, to owning budgets and contributing to projects, you’ll access the industry-tested strategies to manage people and resources. You’ll learn the skills and behaviours of professional coaches to motivate your teams and push performance further.
Your learning will be backed by a Foundation Chartered Manager professional status from CMI, proving you have what it takes to bring your skills into management roles.

This programme is designed for first-line or junior managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of a business and is ideal for:

Shift Supervisors / Managers
Where will the programme take you?
Once completed, you’ll gain CMI Foundation Chartered Manager professional status alongside CMI Associate Membership (ACMI).
If you’re ready to take it to the next level, you can progress onto the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship and earn full CMI Chartered Manager professional status.
Who's eligible?
Eligibility is set by individual employers, but typically includes:
A minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths
OR
Relevant work experience
To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role.
