Apprenticeship Overview
Go from new starter to vital team member with training that makes an impact from day one. You’ll start your career with strong foundations in compliance and risk, learning what you need to know about the regulations and processes you’ll need to perform your role.
Applying learning to your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll stay up to date with key regulatory and legislative changes while actively supporting your organisation’s compliance. You’ll develop the skills to identify and analyse risk and compliance issues within your business, enhancing essential functions with new cutting-edge knowledge.
With expert tutors backing you up, you’ll have the confidence to confront challenges facing your organisation. Taking a new approach to analysis, you’ll handle data like a pro, using management information and reports to find innovative solutions. With a range of new knowledge and skills, you’ll elevate your role and stand out.
Depending on your level of experience, as part of the programme you can choose to take the International Compliance Association (ICA) Certificate or Advanced Certificate.

Once you’ve completed the programme you’ll be eligible to take your training further and progress onto the Level 6 Senior Compliance and Risk Specialist Apprenticeship. On this programme you’ll establish yourself as a subject expert and learn how to perform in a senior role.
Who's eligible?
Eligibility can vary depending on the requirements of the individual employer, but typically includes:
A minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths
OR
Relevant work experience
